How to Log In to Your 367JL Account
Logging in to 367JL is straightforward. Whether you're a returning player picking up after a weekend break or someone checking in during halftime of a PBA game, the process takes just a few seconds. Here's what you need to do:
-
1Go to the Login page — you're already here. Enter your registered username or the mobile number you signed up with.
-
2Type your password — passwords are case-sensitive. Make sure Caps Lock is off if you're on a laptop.
-
3Verify with OTP if prompted — if you're logging in from a new device or after a long time, you may receive a one-time PIN on your registered mobile number for extra security.
-
4You're in — your dashboard loads instantly. Your PHP balance, active bets, and any available promotions are all right there.
Keeping Your 367JL Account Secure
Account security is something we take seriously, and we encourage every player to do the same. A few simple habits go a long way in keeping your account safe and your balance protected.
- Use a strong, unique password that you don't reuse on other sites or apps.
- Never share your login credentials with anyone, including people who claim to be 367JL staff.
- Always log out after playing on a shared or public device.
- Keep your registered mobile number active and accessible — it's used for OTP verification.
- If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact our support team right away through the FAQ page.
Playing Responsibly After You Log In
367JL is committed to providing a fun, responsible gaming environment for all players in the Philippines. Online gaming should be an enjoyable activity — not a source of financial stress or anxiety.
We encourage all members to set personal deposit limits, time limits, and to take regular breaks. If gaming stops being fun or starts affecting your daily life, it's important to step back and seek support. Our Responsible Gaming page has practical tools and guidance to help you stay in control.
Remember: gaming is for players 21 years old and above. Please play within your means and always treat it as entertainment, not a way to earn income.
Trouble Logging In? Here's What to Check
Most login issues have simple fixes. Before reaching out to support, run through these quick checks:
- Wrong credentials — double-check that you're using the correct username or mobile number associated with your account.
- Caps Lock or typos — passwords are case-sensitive. A single wrong character will block access.
- Outdated app version — if you're on the 367JL mobile app, make sure it's up to date. Check the Download page for the latest version.
- Browser cache — on desktop, clearing your browser cookies and cache sometimes resolves unexpected login errors.
- Account status — if your account has been temporarily restricted, our support team can help clarify the situation. Visit the FAQ for guidance.
